STUDY ON VIBRATION RESPONSE OF A NON-UNIFORM BEAM WITH NONLINEAR BOUNDARY CONDITION

Forced vibration of non-uniform beam with nonlinear boundary condition is studied in this paper by proposing an iterative model combining Adomian Decomposition Method and modal analysis. An exponentially tapered a hardening nonlinearity spring simulated as case study. The accuracy proved comparing iteration results analysis solutions linear weakly conditions. Sin-weep frequency spectrum then obtained the proposed model. influence on response analyzed. And effect different excitation amplitudes studied. mathematical numerical can be used to solve broad problems general beams conditionsunder various excitations.
